John (Jack) M. Scriba III Inducted into POPAI Hall of Fame
The Point of Purchase Advertising Institute (POPAI) Hall of Fame is an industry lifetime achievement award. The winners have worked in the retail marketing industry for at least 25 years, made a significant contribution to the industry in his or her community and observed ethical business practices.
We are proud that John (Jack) M. Scriba III was inducted as a member of the Hall of Fame in 2007, having accomplished achievements such as these:
- President, Chairman and CEO of WM Display Group, 1957–2004
- Several posts within the Point of Purchase Advertising International group, including serving as director from 1979–1984; chairing the Wire Display Fabricators Council, Wire Products Safety Committee, annual members meeting and annual trade show; and serving as a member on the Trade Practices Committee
- Director emeritus of the Wire Fabricator Association
- Holding several positions within the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA), including chairman emeritus of the Small Industry Committee; a member of the Small Manufacturers’ Action Council; and a trustee of the IMA Insurance Trust
