A Turnkey Merchandising and Fulfillment Program for
Shur-Line

The Opportunity:
As a turnkey provider, WM Display Group handles retail programs end to end, from design and manufacturing through custom store-level fulfillment programs. The Shur-Line Paint POG Program is a direct reflection of Our Mission.
This program called for a coordinated rollout across more than 2,000 hardware store locations, spanning four planogram configurations — 4′, 8′, 12′, and 16′ sections — each sized to a store’s available selling space. Every location had to receive the right materials for their specific set, with a consistent brand presentation held across the entire network. Store-level execution had to be simple and accurate, with no margin for error.
The Solution:
To meet that standard, we designed and manufactured three custom merchandising fixtures alongside a suite of graphic signage components, each developed to work across the full range of planogram configurations while delivering a cohesive Shur-Line brand presentation at the shelf. The fixture lineup included our #9462 Paint Roller Frame Rack, our #9475 Extension Pole Rack, and on-shelf roller brush organizers featuring an integrated product information channel. Supporting the fixtures, the graphics package comprised of more than 40 product information cards, and up to three sets of aisle violators per store; giving each location a complete, shelf-ready brand presentation out of the box.
Once everything was designed, manufactured and finalized, we turned out focus to fulfillment. Working directly with the distribution network, we co-packed all fixture and signage components into five unique POG kits and routed each kit to its corresponding location without an intermediate destination along the way.
The Impact:
300 for 300, and Counting!
The first wave of 300 kits have shipped to all 300 locations on schedule, with the broader rollout across the remaining locations actively underway. From program intake through design, manufacturing, and direct-to-store distribution, this is a program built to deliver and built to scale.
