Return Policy

WM Display Group offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please include a Return Authorization Form with the packing slip and your merchandise to receive credit. 30 Day Return Policy:

• Returns on stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• All returns are subject to a 15% or $15 minimum per order restocking fee
• Customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs and all return shipping costs
• Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited
• All returns must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection
• All sales are final on custom displays, customized products and graphics

DO NOT return damaged products without contacting us first. Please contact Customer Service at 800.443.2000 ext 134 to report damages. Save and document all inner and outer packaging materials.
